Chinese medicine self-care for Relaxation and a good nights sleep for women -90 minutes

Stephanie will teach a simple effective breathing technique and acupressure to help relax you. We’ll have a discussion on why and how these acupoints work. Afterwards, you will lay peacefully with blankets and cushions and receive a customized guided meditation with a curated playlist. While you rest you may request either a mini Acupuncture, or foot Acupressure.

Gua Sha, Face Cups and other tools for face and neck -90 minutes

We will learn a brief effective face yoga routine. Afterwards, we will  learn our way around the Mount Lai  stone tools, face cups, and acupressure points. What do the following tools do for us? The what why and how of Gua Sha, face Cupping, Acupressure (tsubo massager), Micro-current (Nu-face) and Red Light Therapy. Stephanie will share the ins and outs she’s found after using these techniques on hundreds of patients for many different conditions. Other tools will be available for you to try and/ or purchase.

Chinese medicine for Fertility, lifestyle edition -90 minutes 

This class is for you, if you are curious on how to naturally enhance your fertility or you are already on a journey with or without reproductive technology. You will learn valuable information and women’s acupressure points for you to do at home. After the class, we will do a relaxing guided meditation based on what we’ve learned.

Wellness consults for parent/child 30 minutes

In a 30 minute children’s wellness consult,  I will develop an individualized  acupressure plan for your child and instruct you  where to find the acu-points and how to perform the routine.

Attention and healing touch from a parent strengthens the emotional bond and can heal more than meets the eye. There’s a concept in Chinese medicine called the cycles of Jing. It is seven year cycles of human development. In the first of these cycles, a  child’s meridian system is “attached” to their parents. Also, in the first 7 years, childhood illnesses move, change and can progress or resolve quickly. Since 2004, I’ve been teaching parents simple, effective treatments to do at home to manage their children’s non- urgent symptoms.These following respond well to Pediatric acupressure;  frequent illness, ear issues, Allergies, (including upper respiratory and skin), Reflux, constipation, frequent colds, irritability and sleep issues. When I treat children I remind parents they are  the most knowledgeable on their own child and I am the instructor to that person or persons. (If you are new to the practice, these classes require a quick call with Stephanie to see if your child needs are appropriate for the purpose of these techniques.)
